This property was safe and secure. Car parked on red over night was safe. House was well set up with fresh repairs and paint.

This property is an absolute disgrace. Not only is it filthy but its also not what is descried on the website. We are going to pursue this further. In no way should you be advertising this property as a Modern Guest house. This is not the kind of property that anyone should accept in New Zealand. I am going to post photos of this place. AND I DO EXPECT A RESPONSE TO THIS REVEIW.

I was in the property and talked to your guys. If you were not happy with it, just talked to me and you can cancel it right now. This house has been renovated less than one year. by the way, you guys left the Room with Two TV on and bathroom Light are on on. Shut the Door with key left in the room. The cleaner could not finished the work and have to cancel reservation. My question is why not contact me if you were not happy with it? Why do you leave both TV on and Bathroom lights on? Why do you leave the key in the room not in -original position? why did you text me about my action?

Needs improvement
Front door key pad not working. Fortunately another guest let us,in. Nice house, but needs a good clean. Bed and linens clean. Bed very comfortable

There is no problems at all on key pad. please push your hand on locker screen first which showing in check in instruction.

The owner is so kind, he explained his guesthouse's fascilty very well.. If you have a car, the location is okay to go to the downdown or near the Devon Port, but you would better call the owner to find out the exact address..

Guest house was not very clean and generally the facility could do with a spruce up. Found it rather disappointing and would definitely not stay there again or recommend it to others.

thanks for your review We will do our best to clean very well. As there are child toys and mattress temporarily stored in the lounge, it looks like not good. All toys and mattress will be removed.
