Liked: Cleanliness
Great property and location. However, there were a few things missing that could have made this a great stay. No milk, no tea bags, no instructions around the spa, rubbish bag was not put in the rubbish bin, cleaning of dishwasher and rubbish removal was asked to be done even though I paid for cleaning to be provided. Requests for both earlier check in by an hour at 2pm instead of 3pm and 10:30am checkout instead of 10am were declined. We found this unreasonable as, if there is no accomodation of checkin requests and the guests need to leave the property clean as they found it, then where is all that in between time going?
