The space

Situated on the 3rd floor in the heart of Mission Bay, enjoy the glamorous all year round swimming beach, famous promenade walk from Auckland’s CBD to St Heliers, or take in the magnificent views at the top of Bastion point.

Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to put together that fantastic home cooked meal; coffee machine, cooktop & oven, cooking utensils, kettle, full fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, dining table for eat at or setting up your work station. Enjoy your selection of our tea/coffee and coffee pod condiments, all included.
Living room:
We offer Free Fibre & Netflix to enjoy on a new 75” Smart TV. Relax and kick back on the couch, read a book or watch your favourite Netflix. Log on to our Wifi and enjoy ultra-fast fibre speeds.
Bedding:
The massive super king size bed is fitted with hotel quality linen, ready for you to sink into.
Bathroom:
Your newly renovated bathroom contains a full size shower and large vanity, hotel quality bath towels, plus all your amenities are included - body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc.
Laundry & Ironing Facilities
Your apartment is fully equipped with a brand new washing machine and dryer - including washing powder. Also an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner for your exclusive use.
Cooling/Heating:
While your apartment doesn’t have air conditioning you can open the one of the many sliding windows and allow the gentle sea breeze to flow through keeping the space natural and comfortable. We have also supplied fans and portable heaters.
Baby Essentials:
We can provide most of your baby needs on request - portable cot and highchair and baby bath?
Guest access
We offer contactless self-check in. This enables you to arrive when it suits you. Standard entry is from 3pm.
A Few days before you arrive you will be sent a unique door code to enter into the digital keypad. Once at the apartment the entire place is all yours including the laundry. You don't have to share any of your amenities with anyone.
Other things to note
Cleaning Fee:
Our apartment is cleaned thoroughly, and we have disinfected our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorhandles, tabletops, electronics, appliances, and control panels. Please contact us if you’d like to know more about how we’re protecting your health.
Furthermore our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed.
If when you arrive something isn’t up to your standard, we are available 7 days until 10pm and will go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is sparkling clean.
Damage and Incidentals:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Any such damage may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs. The property reserves the right to charge for any incidentals or additional services requested by the guest.
Pet Policy:
We have a zero-pet policy. If we detect that pets have been in the home, any resulting damage or additional cleaning required may incur extra charges, which will be billed to your account.
Smoking Policy:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the home or anywhere on the property. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account.
Liability Disclaimer:
The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest's stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported, we must call local law enforcement immediately. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Security call-out fees will be applied and charged to your account.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are valuable, so please handle them with care. If lost, a replacement fee will be applied to your account. If you lock yourself out, you will be responsible for the cost of delivering a spare key.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the front of the building manual.
Truvi:
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. Once this process is complete, you will receive all check-in instructions two days before arrival.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and do not exceed the number of guests permitted for your stay. Parties or events are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained before your booking.
