Room was lovely and amenities very good including weight scales in the bathroom. Find that the mirror in the bathroom and the vanity bench depth makes it very difficult to apply makeup(woman’s prospective) designed by a male? Bed was luxurious! So comfy. Nice to have complimentary water bottles.
Food and beverage very very expensive!
Explains why Taco Bell and MacDonalds are across the road!
Breakfast buffet very nice and catered for asians which was nice touch. Noted only 2 wait staff working the floor evening and morning so there was waiting time for orders. There was a manager/maitre’d floating around. Had to ask for drink service in the bar - bar lady had gone for break and manager oblivious to people wanting service… odd.
Overall enjoyed our stay decided to spoil ourselves after 6 week European holiday. Experience didn’t quite measure up for the prices charged compared to where we had just been in Bangkok and Paris. Train hospo staff to read the client after all they pay their wages…

It’s interesting that you mentioned the mirror and vanity bench depth. Thank you for sharing your point of view, this is something Our valuable staff would love to make this experience much smoother for our next guest. We love to treat our Guest with the best, a comfortable bed which is essential for a good night’s sleep, and it seems like you enjoyed that aspect of your stay with complimentary water bottles inside the room.Our Food and Beverage prices is not uncommon for hotel restaurants and bars to have higher prices. However, we are also glad there are more affordable options nearby the Hotel, which gives guest a variety of options close by, (Taco Bell and McDonald’s).Our Team will always do their best to accommodate to different preferences & cuisines options on request. It’s unfortunate that there were only two wait staff during busy times. Waiting for orders can be frustrating. As for the bar service, it’s odd that the manager wasn’t aware of guests needing assistance. We kindly apologies for the inconvenience & appreciate your feedback in sharing your experience, & can only share your feedback with our Team, to ensure future experiences for Guest is more valuable. Despite the hiccups, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Spoiling yourselves after a European holiday sounds like a well-deserved treat! In regard to training: Your suggestion to train hospitality staff to read clients better is valuable. Understanding guest needs and providing excellent service is crucial.Thank you for sharing your insights, and I hope your next hotel stay exceeds your expectations!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. We were part of a large family group staying for a couple of nights around NYE and the bar/restaurant staff were very patient and accommodating especially with the more demanding members of our party. Rooms are new and clean with wireless charging facility in rooms. The pool is heated and suitable for families with plenty of poolside towels and chairs/space to relax. There’s a well equipped gym next to the pools. Room service is quick and front house staff are very kind. Josephine makes excellent coffees and the gentleman minding the restaurant walk-in delivers exceptional service. The restaurant menu while offering great food, was a bit limited for a stay of few nights. Extended brunch menu may also prove popular amongst guests and locals. But one can always head across the road or Uber if they have worked their way through the restaurant menu. However this becomes challenging if staying across stat holiday periods where most offsite restaurants are closed. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here and commend the team on exceptional service standards!

Confused around communication and no one able to answer the phones any time of day. I ended up needing to request the manager as stuff would place me on hold and then the phone call would get sent back to main lines
Very hard to get hold of someone that I could speak to be it knowing how to answer my questions or being able to speak English properly. Eg spelling my name wrong a few times.
Need to look into your communication and phone educate- will no be recommending booking through a third party for this hotel.
