Further to my recent review the hotel refunded my money quickly and I would be happy to stay there again although I would try the swipe card before going out for the day thank you

We were locked out for one night and couldn’t get in to motel. Tried to call owner no after service contact info.
I had stayed previous 2 nights in a different room which I was extremely pleased with however had to move rooms when I rebooked for another night as the room I was in was already booked when I returned to the room at 11pm the swipe card would not unlock the room door there was only an answer phone for the hotel in desperation I rang police for help they couldn't raise anyone I called a taxi but they said not many driver's working anyway cut a long story short I spent the night sitting on the steps at the bottom of the stairs told reception when they opened at 9am that I wanted a refund was told I had to go through hotels.com as that was how I had booked so after spending 6hours sitting on the hotel steps I think that is the least they should do for me I wait in anticipation of my money back
Modern and tidy room, very friendly staff and good off street parking. I booked a room for a friend and I which was shown to have a sofa bed. I thought this would do the trick however the sofa bed was extremely impractical and horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. I made staff aware of this the following morning and they sent someone up to improve it which I was hopeful would help. Sadly I had a second night of next-to-no sleep and I feel this room should not be advertised as having a sleep option with the sofa-bed.
Late check in is costly
Rooms not cleaned daily so no clean towels each day

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the inconvience. Howere,we are always happy to provide our guests with fresh towels and house keeping services, however we do need permission to enter the guest's room(ie.Make my room' tag on the door handle or giving instructions at the reception) to enter the guest's room, which is why we were unable to provide clean towels.

Looks nice but cleanliness of the whole facility including rooms need upgrading! Not enough parking. Hot showers vary from hot to cold. All apliancences are of cheap make along with towels and beding.

The room was nothing at all like the picture. The corridor spaces are not very clearly signposted and quite run down.
milk was 3 weeks passed its use by date and 3 partially used toilet rolls in bathroom

Unfortunately given wrong key multiple times, those stairs can be killer, remote didn't work on tv, bathroom door didn't close or open easily, a lot of the evening spent sorting things out when was actually for a romantic night

My room was really cold with only a little fan heater to keep warm & it didn’t have an iron or ironing board in the room. Not good for accessibility either.
The staff were lovely but the condition of the hotel is old and run down. It was very noisy and the bed was unconfortable. The bottom of the shower was dirty and having to walk up three flights of stairs with all our luggage was terrible. Its the smallest hotel room i've ever stayed in even though I upgraded to a King. Staff said there was a bath but there wasn't. Won't stay there again. Im at The Surrey hotel now and it's great!
What a horrible place! Small, smelly rooms with very rundown interior. My room was filthy. Cheap, but for a reason. I wouldn't recommend staying here - you'd have a nicer time sleeping in your car. I ended up forfitting the cost (I'd already paid for the room) and paying for another room elsewhere, that's how bad it was.

Adequate motel, close to shops and restaurants. Reception had no bell, I had to phone a mobile number for service. We were not told the wifi password or any other information about motel services.
The TV was being held o the wall by kfc spoons. The tv plug was covered in tape. One beside light had fallen off the wall leaving dirty double sided tape. The bed had no top sheet. Who knows how many others had slept in that bed with just the duvet inner on top. No face cloths in bathroom. Flushing the toilet with shower going meant the toilet wouldnt flush

Staffs are helpful. But cleanness was okay. And there’s no elevator toward third floor.
