The proprietor of the hotel was in every way superbly accommodating. We were late arrivals (11:30 pm) and he was there for us. We got up the next morning and he was there serving us breakfast. The property itself was beautiful. Definitely recommended. Right beside the train station. Excellent if traveling to Hallstatt or Salzburg.

Lovely place to stay for trip to lakes
Similar review to others. Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, near to railway station for trip to lakes. Interesting interior, but no lift. Were "upgraded" to a room with a hottub that had a mind of its own. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good. Very expensive though.

Fantastic stay, I highly recommend
Fantastic hotel. I stayed in a family suite (I believe they upgraded me upon check-in, I booked a room for 1 person, but the room was large suite). Exceptionally clean, with espresso machine and pods, free WiFi, big windows, mini bar, large tv, HUGE bathroom (and very clean). It has a very nice looking restaurant and bar on the ground floor as well, although I did not eat or drink there. My only problem was that I left early (6:45am) and there was not an attendant at the desk. The entire hotel's lights were off and it was a bit hard to see (used my phone's flashlight). This is not out of the ordinary at a small hotel, but I did not put a card on file upon check-in, so I had to leave cash in an envelope at the counter. Hotel is ~200 meters from the train station. I was not disturbed by any trains during the night. Exceptional experience, I highly recommend and plan to come back.

Not for families with young children
As a American tourist the language barrier was tough. Within the first 20 mins of checking out our room,we found a broken table. I let them know so they wouldn't think it was us and get charged. The hotel manger was understanding but I feel like he thought it was us who broke it anyways. The room stated it sleeps 4 people but it only came with a queen size bed and one leather sofa that didn't pull out,so I think paying $168 for 4 people in a cramped room was too expensive. Also thier hottub was big but didn't work well. I wouldn't go back to this hotel with my family.

Dear Mrs Jacqueline: I am sorry but your comments are not correct nor fair . First : we have two Appartements , which are suitable for 4 Persons , because they have tho separate double Rooms . But you have booked a Suite which is considered only for two persons . Your small Kids have put Ketchup all over the room , which you got from Mc. Donalds , also we have a very good Restaurant in the Hotel . To me it was obvious , that this Hotel was not suitable for your expectations , you should have rather booked a different category , which would have been cheaper for you. I must tell you that I would not want you back in our Hotel as well , we are used to different kind of guests . Also you moved the table around in the room , the table was not brocken before . thank you and good bye .

Great stay along the Wien to Salzburg corridor
We had to stay in Attnang Puchheim when our plans in Halstatt fell through. What a pleasant surprise this affordable and spacious hotel provided. The staff was chatty and helpful and spoke to us about their experiences in the states and obviously love their country. The location was a 4 minute walk from the train station although there were few restaurants nearby.

Overall nice stay
We had a very short stay. Very friendly service and nice apartement. The only complaint we have is about the cleanliness of the kitchen overall and the bathroom sink. We had to wash all utensils, dishes and glasses before using. The bathroom sink had been cleaned but not thoroughly. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Sehr interessantes Hotel, mal was anders. Gute Idee aber die Umsetzung ist nicht ganz so toll. Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Durch die Straße und Eisenbahn sehr laut.

Die Matratze ist schon sooo durchgelegen gewesen - das war uncool. Um 8 Uhr kommt das Reinigungspersonal und schreit laut herum... auch nicht optimal in einem Hotel.

Unglaublich faszinierendes Hotel
Wir waren zwar leider nur für eine Nacht hier, aber es war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Unsere Suite sehr geräumig, u.a. mit großer Couch, Bar-Tisch und Hockern, Schreibtisch, Minibar, Faltscreen TV, Safe und einem sehr bequemen, elektrisch verstellbaren Bett. Im Bad befanden sich u.a. eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine Dusche mit Körperdüsen und ein zweiter Fernseher. Das Frühstück wurde uns vom Besitzer persönlich zubereitet, vielfältig und sehr schmackhaft, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Und dann das Hotel an sich, eigentlich fast schon ein amerikanisch angehauchtes Museum mit soviel Liebe zum Detail, dass man das gar nicht wirklich beschreiben kann, sondern selbst gesehen haben muss. Und dazu ein sehr netter Eigentümer, der gerne bereit ist, die dazu passenden Geschichten mit einem zu teilen. Ein Besuch absolut empfehlenswert, selbst wenn die Zeit nicht für eine Übernachtung sondern nur für einen Drink reichen würde.

Für mich alleine war ein liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück aufgebaut worden, von dem fünf Gäste satt geworden wären. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Ungewöhnliche interessante Einrichtung, wie in einem Italienischen Palast

Spezielles Hotel
Liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, dank schallisolierten Fenstern und Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann man bei geschlossenem Fenster und gewünschter Temperatur gut schlafen. Hotel ist speziell gebaut, das Atrium hat etwas von einem Hard Rock Cafe. Ich hatte ein sehr grosses Zimmer, ebenfalls mit individueller Einrichtung. Gutes Frühstück - auf mein Hinweis auf Laktose-Intoleranz hat der Gastgeber am Vorabend noch extra eine laktosefeie Milch für das Frühstück eingekauft - das nenn ich Service! Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Chambre correcte, propre et confortable. Hôtel 4 étoiles sans ascenseur ! En bordure de l'hôtel une route à grande circulation et chemin de fer et gare. Repas du soir pris au restaurant : déplorable !!. Petit-déjeuner à la hauteur du repas du soir. Installés dans les courant d'air (véranda froide et grande ouverte pour aérer au moment du petit-déjeuner). Peu de choix au buffet, le pain était sec, le café imbuvable et pas de thé de petit déjeuner (uniquement des thés parfumés). Le tout servi par une personne peu aimable .

아이와 3이었는데 펜션형으로 받아서 밥도 해먹고 즐거 웠다. 단, 그릇의 청결상태가 좋지않아 세제는 필수로 사서 가야 할것 같다.

absolut in Ordnung
Das Hotel liegt neben der Landesstrasse und beim Bahnhof. Die Lage ist insofern sehr gut und lärmmäßig hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Innenseite also war es ruhig. Parkplatz ist genügend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend mit einem sehr kleinen Buffet, aber man bekommt zusätzliche Sachen auf Anfrage. Die Lobby und Zimmer haben nette und lustige Details. Für eine Geschäftsreise absolut ok. Ein Gastgarten mit Baumschatten ist auch vorhanden. Würde wieder buchen.
