Although the property is older - an OC classic - it is very clean and well-fitted for having a meal in room. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there.

Some rooms are decent, others are damp and musty. The first room the bedding was damp to the touch from the humidity and the shower had hair all over, however the front desk staff gave us a new room with no questions.

Great stay, convenient, and check in was easy. Only issue was parking. Even though there were vacancies there was not enough parking. On our second night there was an oversized pickup truck blocking the entrance and again parking overnight was an issue as well.

This is your typical, older, old-school shore "mom and pop" shore motel. Although the room was dated, everything was clean, in good repair, and comfortable. We had a small two-room unit, with a queen bed in its own (small) room and a queen bed in the main area, which also had a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove, coffee maker, etc. Absolutely nothing for us to complain about as the amenities matched our expectations for the price. Convenient location a few blocks from the boardwalk and a few blocks from lots of restaurants and shopping options. We'd stay there again.
