This is one of 2 units of a duplex, Unit A. This unit is located on the front facing upper level of the building. Access through the front door. Its a spacious 2 bedroom and 1 full bath house. It’s totally separate from the unit/house downstairs with its own private entry (no shared entry) and dedicated driveway parking space.
Guest access
Guest have access to a long drive way.
Facing the front of the house, unit A parking is to the right of the home and it can park 2 cars. Entire driveway can conveniently park 5 cars.

Neighborhood is quiet, please keep noise down after 11 PM
There are outdoor cameras.
