"This house was fantastic. Very clean, the host was easy to communicate with, the location was very close to everything Atlanta, and the listing was very accurate. Most of all staying here in Hotlanta, the AC worked perfectly to combat the heat. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a brand new property, and very nice. Everything worked perfectly, lots of nice snacks and coffee provided, and plenty of towels, dishes, cups, cooking supplies, etc. There are 4 nice bedrooms, and three bathrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, though be advised the upstairs bedroom is a loft bedroom so it's open to downstairs noise. It was easy walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium and downtown, though the neighborhood around is rough so you might want to drive or Uber to your destination."

"Kendra was a great host and the property lived up to the photos. This was my first Vrbo experience. The property was very spacious. The master bathroom upstairs was amazing complete with a walk in shower and gorgeous tub. My husband is a master plumber and he noted all the fixtures were Moen, which I guess is great. The beds were comfy. We stayed with my parents as a party of four and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. The outdoor deck was nice, but beware of the bugs! We made it through with bug spray and we purchased a citronella candle also. I think it is a Georgia thing you just cant get away from when it's humid! There was a Kroger very close to the house that we frequented for food and misc. items we needed. I didn't expect to have to buy things like toilet paper and trash bags, but again this was my first Vrbo experience so i was not sure what to expect and what extra expenses we may have. Next time I will be more prepared. All in all the stay was great. Kendra communicated as needed and we checked in and out with ease. The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and lots of beds. We went to the High Museum of Art downtown and it only took about 10-15 min to get there. The location is central to pretty much anywhere you need to go. Would definitely recommend for a large party looking for a nice home during a vacation."
