The property is in great location that is walking distance to historic downtown Norcross.
Walkable to parks, fabulous restaurants, bars, shops, and Art Festival in downtown Norcross. It takes just 5 minutes to Forum Square, Publix- Food and Pharmacy, TJ MAX... Ease access to I-85, I-285. Just minutes to Chamblee and Peachtree Corners. About 20minutes to downtown Atlanta.

Spacious two stories home at cul-de-sac with 3bed rooms - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full-size beds, and 1 queen air mattress. There are 2 renovated full bathrooms up the stair and one-half bath downstairs. A large backyard with a beautiful porch, a coffee table, and chairs. It is very private and convenient.
A dedicated work desk for whom needs to work from home.

Granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances! A dining room with seating for 4 plus 3 at the bar.
The parking lot can contain three cars in both garage and the driveway. You can also park one car at the curb but the neighborhood is quiet and people love not to be disturbed.

Spacious new refrigerator and Gas Stove with Oven in the kitchen. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers, pots and pans, cutting board, cooking utensils, salt, electric kettle, etc.
There is coffee and tea for you to refresh yourself every morning, you will enjoy your coffee while seating on the porch.
