Most things were good… Simple clean room close to the interstate. The two negatives were that the shower had a very low flow and barely hot water; There was not a good sound buffer between our room and the room immediately above us.

I stayed 25 days. There were not many guests staying there. Parking was safe. The room was clean. Staff was courteous. The breakfast was OK; the pancake maker did not fully cook the pancakes, left them slimy on the inside. The only complaint I would voice is that I had a couple of VISA gift cards I wanted to apply as a partial payment to my bill, but they would only accept my credit card.

Broken elevator our room was in the third floor, made a reservation for 3 ppl, only 2 towels in bathroom, toilet used and not flushed when we walked in, beds had a sheet but no blankets on them… it’s winter! Breakfast was a joke… broken cereal dispenser, paper plates so cheap you could not separate them, 1 individual juice in fridge, 3 yogurts and an open gallon of milk… coffee tasted like it was a week old but then again I have never tried drinking something so old… so I could be wrong about that part… RIDICULOUS!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems to be in an unsafe area of town, with signs in the parking lot saying they were not responsible for theft and a very unwelcoming check in window (not a desk in an open lobby). We complained 4 times (between 9 pm and 11 pm) about the people directly above us running, stomping, dragging furniture around and making an intolerable amount of noise until finally at almost 11 pm after we had gone to bed, and had to go to the front desk for a 4th time, they allowed us to move to another room. No hot water for a shower the next day. Uncomfortable bed. Hair on bedding and in shower. Nobody asked us at checkout how our stay was. Very unpleasant stay. I never complain but could not deal with the noise and staff who simply did nothing to remedy this until we were ready to pack up and leave in the middle of the night.

To start off i arrived 2.5 hrs after check in fora 5 day stay. The room i was intended to go into wasnt clean and no ho use keeping servicesto do it., The elevator didn'tever work and i did not received a room checkbut one time in 5 days . The day i specifically asked for then i felt thequeen bed room there was only e /nough towels for 2 people and they were the little ones that required for each person. The hotel was very basic, not even drawers or a closet to put your clothes in, and the few coat hangers the room did have werent all there and couldn't hold much. there 5 days and received a room check up 1x and that was after i specifically asked for it to be cleaned
