All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas, no parking on the street, Parties/events, lack of decorum, and
disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If this rule is broken and/or the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises with no refund and a fine of $1000
