Highly recommend

The flat was immaculate and would easily be lovable in for months. All household utilities are provided along with very impressive air conditioning facilities. It is in the perfect place for city exploration in Kifisia and only a 40 minute train journey into Athens. As Kifisia is at the end of the line, the metro is very easy to navigate. Communication with the owner is top quality and he will get back to you ASAP. Only a 40-1hr drive depending on traffic to each beach destination. I can’t complain

Clean, tidy apartment in a good location.

There's a lot to love about this apartment. - check in/out was easy and well documented- the location was perfect, 10 minutes from the heart of town, walking distance to shops, cafes, the metro, grocery store, etc. - very clean and tidy apartment, everything in good repair- dishwasher and washing machine on site was a bonus- the building (and neighborhood) are very quiet and peaceful.- excellent wifi, easy to use, never had a problem with the signalThe only thing that was a disappointment about the apartment is that it is basement level, which was not disclosed in the listing. I might still have rented it, knowing it was a basement, but I think it's a bit misleading not to disclose this. Because it's a basement, it was cold and damp feeling in March (would probably be great in the summer.) There is a dehumidifier, but no rugs, so the floor was very cold. I had to go buy a pair of slippers.It lists a "balcony" but because it's under street level there is no balcony, it's a little concrete patio, with a view of a concrete wall. I thought I'd be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather and a view, but that's not possible. It is a great little apartment, the host was super helpful and responsive and I would have rated it 10/10 if the listing had been honest about this being a basement apartment. This is the second time that this has happened to me on a short term rental site, and I wish people would fully disclose this, it makes a difference.
