"This is a nice property that is probably
family
owned and operated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They clearly take pride in their work and work product. The property is showing some signs of wear, yet it was clean. I would stay there again. The location is off all main traffic, quiet and we had a beautiful view from our 2nd floor room.

"It was a good value for the low price they charge but it’s not a five star place. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were practically flat. Pillow case had two holes in it. The towels we had were not really white, like they had old stains on them. The room was fairly attractive overall. It’s a budget hotel that is pet friendly and as I said for the price they charged it was one I could do again, especially I bring my own pillow 😊"

"It is a great sray for a
family
! We were there to ride the Copperhill train with Tennessee Valley Rail Museum. The house was a great location for that central to Ocoee, Hiwassee River runs and Train departure. The only issue we had was communication with the owner on a few questions. But we were able to adapt what we needed since we didn't hear back from them in time. It may have been simply a timing issue or lack of service on their part. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The rental apartment is place was very nice. The owners live upstairs with four dogs and it was not very quiet. The pool is was nice but the access to get into the pool area was not simple, the gait was quite heavy."

"The cottage on Casey’s property was charming and perfect for our needs. We love living minimally, so the studio layout was great. We brought a foam mattress for our daughter. Even though the cottage is near Casey’s home, we felt relaxed and had privacy throughout our stay. Casey’s thoughtful touches like fresh cut flowers and farm eggs made us feel right at home. "Perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we attended a nearby wedding. Coffee and Tea was a plus, very cozy room with comfortable bed. Superb Hot tub was amazing to relax after long day and pool was refreshing. Price was so affordable and worth every single penny. Highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be back! "So far everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was ok (I've had worse and I've had better). My recommendations is that the elevator needs to be bigger or at least more than one for an entire 3-story hotel. The indoor swimming pool might as well be outside... it was sooooooo hot and stuffy in there.. and it was at 8pm!"
