Property is beautiful and the staff were very helpful to us as we navigating re-arranging our flights. The area around the place is rundown and doesn’t feel safe. Amenities and breakfast were excellent.

Room with a View
We booked this hotel for an overnight stay because it is an easy cab ride from the airport. It is in a beautiful location and we wished we had time to stay longer. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the sea. We would definitely come back to Cabo Verde Hotel.

Solo airport shuttle
This hotel was booked as it was a good location for the airport, on my return journey and provided an airport shuttle (price or estimated was not provided on the booking site) but was quoted on arrival. I probably should have contacted hotel beforehand to ask price so my mistake. Food in restaurant was fair, but not brilliant Greek cuisine and again breakfast was fair. Would have loved an early morning swim, but pool not open until 10am (after breakfast) Lovely view from my room out to sea, with a tiny beach front and small marina. Only a one night stay and ticked the boxes for my needs…. Airport shuttle.

Excellent choice
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived very early due to our travel arrangements and they allowed us to check in then. They arranged pick up for the airport. The breakfast was included with our room and we found it excellent. The pool was lovely. We would recommend this hotel. It is also a short drive to the ferry terminal.

All the staff are wonderful. Check in was super quick. The hotel is really nice, as is the pool and bar area. Rooms are nice with a balcony, table and seats. Air con is very effective. Prices in the bar and restaurant are good, for a hotel. However, we mostly went to Rafina for the fish restaurants. Breakfast is mainly a European style, with meats and cheeses and fresh salad items, which i enjoyed, and the coffee machine is very good. Problems... Shower worked perfectly from the overhead shower head, but the switch was faulty to transfer to the hand held head. However, we didn’t bring it to the attention of the staff, as it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and the staff are brilliant. We'd have no hesitation in stopping there again.

This Hotel has a very nice swimming pool and bar area, with a beautiful sea view. It is in a quiet area, close to a convenience store, taverna and several cafes and bars. Continental breakfast, gym and concierge services were mucch appreciated. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice short week holiday
Holiday with wife and friends for a wedding. Lovely hotel over looking the sea and small marina. If you are looking for a quiet stay, want to catch some soon, hang around a pool and also travel around and visit a perfect place, much quieter than the other side of Athens. Found a couple of gems regarding restaurants close by, food also good in hotel.

Excellent stay; wish we could have stayed longer!
Spent one night here after arriving on the ferry from Andros. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for the upgrade to a marina view room with balcony. The room was spacious and large. The bed linens are very luxe and we slept so well! Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Street parking. Pool area also nice but we didn't have time to use it.

The property is much older than the pictures depict. We also had a lengthy argument with staff to change us to a room with a functioning air conditioner. AC did not function properly in the first room they put us in, and the representative told us she would have to charge us to switch rooms because we had already flushed the toilet…. After some choice words, we were given a room with an AC that kept the room at probably ~20C for the night. The property is dated. The fitness room is extremely dated. Treadmill doesn’t work. Also the massage bed right in the fitness room is… interesting! The only nice feature is the pool & dining area, which are decent. Pool is small. The complimentary breakfast was a solid 6/10. Coffee was good.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and I found the bed to be amazing (I like a softer bed - first one in the three places we stayed)! Loved the fact that there was staff at night. We left for airport at 4 am.

The central air conditioning did not work and the rooms were too hot to sleep in. Shower holder fall off and towel holder also almost fall off. Staff a bit picky. Pool not heated and closed at 5pm!! Didn’t alliw us to swim after sauna. Nothing around in area to do.

Convenient hotel for the airport
Room was comfortable, parking not easy as no hotel parking and streets were busy. We visited in February so out of season, parking in the summer could be a nightmare. Breakfast was very, very disappointing.
