We enjoyed our stay at Athinn. The owner provided very clear and concise directions with pictures to check in/out. The only hiccup we had was the hot water not being able to shower at night since the water is heated with the solar panels (spoiled Americans lol). Otherwise it was a good stay with a perfect location to everything.

The stay was an easy process and the host communicated through WhatsApp with all the instructions . It’s good for a short stay. The only problem is that hot water took 20 mins to heat up. Close to a lot of cute little restaurants but also pretty loud at night, rooms weren’t sound proof.

The location was excellent. I really liked the neighborhood and it’s vibes. This trip was my first encounter with renting a room vs being in a hotel without on site management. This was a bit off putting as while I was showering on my final night, I lost power. Management, however, responded quickly, and power was restored within a half hour. My room was cramped but the bathroom spacious, and the balcony very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff made it incredibly clear on how to check in by offering a clear step by step guideline. The room was impeccably clean ( except with a few stains on the couch) and beautifully decorated, with a great terrace. The location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. In summary, this hotel provided a truly exceptional experience. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to this city.

Nice property overall … pros are that it’s near everything bars, shopping, restaurants, etc and safe. Negatives no front desk and it’s near everything lol which can me a little loud at times. This is perfect for 25 plus to middle age people and solo travelers ..even though there is no personal the y are responsive if contacted.

It was really run down. We loved the location except a bar right across the street which was very noisy. One of the bathrooms had a broken toilet seat. The other bathroom had major water damage and has some mold issue from it. Floor outside door was very unsafe . Door handle was broken. Beds were very comfortable. Rest of apt was very good.

Great hotel. Room was clean and tourist areas easily accessible. Upon arrival our door handle was broken off and we had a hard time entering our room. After struggling to get into the room we got locked inside when the lock fell off the door but management dealt with the issue quickly with excellent communication. iPad as reception was a little strange but effective. Check in and out was very easy. Hotel arranged a shuttle for us at a fixed rate. Our driver Dimitris was absolutely phenomenal. Gave us a tour of the city as we drove to port.

Great communication and easy to access apartment. Apartment was clean and updated. Had a large patio. Close to Metro and dining/shopping. Cons: Noisy outside - mostly due to it being located next to a row of dumpsters that were used/emptied constantly. Elevator only went up to 3rd floor so we had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. But, location, interior of apartment, and price had us overlook the cons and we booked a 2nd time.

The check in was a nightmare. We were not contacted about the self check in so we were left standing on the street with our luggage. A nice couple who were also staying there showed up and got us in and contacted the owner for us. She was rude and insisted that it was my fault for providing the wrong contact number, which I did not. She had the country code wrong. Finally got to the room and the door handle came off in our hand. Netflix was supposed to be available but it asked us to sign in. When I contacted the owner to ask how to sign in she didnt answer me and there was no more communication for the next three days that we stayed there. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The location was good, right in the middle of the restaurant and shopping district but it was also very noisy. I would not recommend this property.

Door handle fell off the bathroom door and needed to be "jimmy rigged" to get inside. Do not expect to sleep here, there is a night club that runs until 1-2am next door. Then you will hear them unload glass bottles from 2am-5am. I have never had such a bad sleep in hostel let alone a hotel. Do not book here, also they no longer have a receptionist you check yourself in and out.

The room was very nice its self. I would reconsider the uncleanable cheap leather straps for handles, but to each their own on that one. There are 2 reasons for the poor report. First you could tell the owner is an extreme penny pincher. I travel a lot and absolutely hate the micro chip cards that when you are forced to take them out and the power turns off. Also when you make the keyring into a wire loop so you can’t remove the door key. This obviously causes the Air conditioner to shut off and in a hot environment when you come in late at night the room to be extremely uncomfortable. I never stay again when my comfort is not taken into consideration over saving a few cents for the cheap owner. Stop being that cheap! Second the blanket was so thin. What happened to giving an extra blanket? Again CHEAP! Lastly don’t say in you special instructions “the property’s breakfast is offered in a restaurant 20 meters away” and then not provide anything! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Where I am staying now has given us a larger room, 2 key cards for the power and an extra blanket, plus there was waters in the fridge and freezer.

宿自体は綺麗で広くてよかったです。ただ、深夜でも周囲の騒音が聞こえるのが気になりました。あと、エレベーターに乗る手前に階段があるので、重たい荷物の場合苦労するかもしれないです。　日本の方でここのホテルに泊まる際は、事前にwhats app を登録することをおすすめします。チェックインの際にメッセージをやり取りするツールがwhats app でした！
