I've used Vrbo's for over 15 years and stayed in many countries and this is only the 2nd bad review i have given. The flat itself was fine except that the temp was 29.7C when we arrived at 23:00 with no instructions for the AC, which once we turned on took all night to cool the flat to an acceptable temp. I tried calling and messaging the host and for the ac and for wifi (no instructions or passwords were given) and didnt get a response until we had already left/checked out (this was a one night stay). Also, I had to contact the host the afternoon of our check in to get info for location of key and check in instructions (it is expected that the host provides this info).
