"We stayed in Villa C and it was fantastic. Very spacious rooms and a fantastic semi outdoor private onsen bath and shower. Lots of amenities provided to take as needed. We didn’t see any people at all at the property. The beds were big and soft. You do hear a lot of trains, however we used the supplied ear plugs and slept fine. Paid parking on the property. It's better to put a real picture of the hotel. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator and the entrance is narrow. It's difficult to carry bags to the 4th floor without an elevator. "The hotel is up a steep sloping street and in a quiet area. It has a traditional feel and the cafe is really nice and the hot springs, however there is no view, unless you pay for the private baths upstairs. The whole place could use a bit of a facelift, but more of an issue was the lack of service and the quality of the food, particularly dinner.
