スチームサウナを楽しみにしていましたが、点検中で残念でした。 室内の浴槽にはってあるお湯の温度調節が難しかったです。 朝食の金目鯛の開きが大きく、身も固めで身離れが悪かったので食べるのに時間がかかり、1時間という制限内に食べたいもの全て食べれるか焦りました。 スタッフの方はどなたもとても丁寧で気持ち良かったです。

夕食、朝食ともとても美味しかった。部屋のお風呂もとても良かった。 あいにく雨だったので熱海駅までタクシーで向かったが、30分待った挙げ句に、駅まで40分程かかった。 熱海の町自体の行けてなさだと思いますが、スタッフの方は日頃の状況を認識されてると思うので、もっと丁寧な説明があっても良かったと思います。お陰で、後に予定していたスケジュールがだめになってしまいました。 状況が分かっていれば、少し早めに出発することもできたのに、旅の最後が台無しになってしまいました。

とても楽しみに伺いました。 ①部屋にゴキブリが出て、退治してもらったが部屋を変えてもらえず怖くて眠れなかった ②朝7:30に他の部屋の方が朝食に来ないからという理由で部屋を間違えて電話を鳴らされて起こされたこと ③サービスのアクテビティのサッシェの説明をフロントに聞いたら自由にどうぞと適当にあしらわれたこと。 ④夕食の丸焼きの魚が骨ごといけますと言われたが全く噛みきれず食べづらかったこと ⑤朝食の干物がお箸でちぎれないほど硬く、とても美味しいとは思えないものだった。 ⑥朝食の際スタッフ同士のタメ口の私語がうるさく落ち着いて食べれなかった ⑦17:30から夕食なのにウェルカムドリンクとお菓子が15:00〜18:00までと言われ、そのようなものがあることを知らされてなかったので17:00にチェックインし、食べられなかったこと 以上のことからこれで一泊6万は高いと感じた。 ホテル自体の内装や雰囲気は良かったが、人とサービスが伴っていない。 笑顔が素敵なスタッフさんもいたので、残念なスタッフが価値を下げていると感じた。お金を返して欲しいレベル。
