"Perfectly clean room and lovely pool facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Free use of bikes for 1 hour. The food in the bar was pretty delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend "

"As a frequent traveler, the room that we had looked relatively modern. They offer a pretty decent variety for breakfast. They offer rubber flip flops too for the pool 🏊. Service was just ok. Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver....
"Preisleistungsverhältnis war gut. Das Frühstück und die Aussicht direkt auf den Gardasee war super. Der Herr am Empfang war etwas grummelig. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, aber wir haben einen Ventilator bekommen. Das war eine gute Alternative. Die Damen vom Frühstückservice waren sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr sehr gut. Es gab Rührei, Waffeln, Brot und italienisches Frühstück, wie Cornetto usw. Säfte, Kaffee und alles was das Herz begehrt. "Das Gallo ist ein sehr schönes familiengeführtes, mittelgroßes Hotel in Tignale. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und immer sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Dies ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, da die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sicher mit Verkehrslärm zu kämpfen haben. Motorräder drehen in der Kehre vor dem Hotel gern am Gasgriff. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand und verfügt über einen kleinen aber sehr schönen Pool. Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool...

Angela took good care of us upon our arrival. She took time to explain area - how to purchase bus tickets to and from church.

"For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. It is a bit dated, but that's expected and acceptable. The price is moreso the luxury of proximity than facilities. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Would go here again if in Malcesine."
