This is a two-level two bedroom, two bath condominium located on the west side of Aspen's downtown and just a few short blocks from Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing. This standard-rated, cozy, yet functional, condominium offers a private balcony with views of both Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain. It is the perfect retreat for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing once the sun sets. The full kitchen features updated granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an open concept with a small bar area for casual conversation and a separate dining area for up to five people. The living area has a cute, gas, Chiminea fireplace, wireless internet, flat screen TVs, iPod docking station and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer and two off-street parking spaces for extra convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. Great location and clean townhome
Responsive and excellent property management, as we had a problem with hot water and they jumped on it immediately. Price was right for the stay. The space was a bit tight downstairs in in the bedrooms and the furniture is pretty dated, but location is tough to beat. We would stay again. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

We arrived late due to weather but the Management Company was very accommodating and left us the keys and information on check in. The building manager was very helpful with some parking issues we had. He was great in clearing sidewalks of snow and asking us if we needed anything. The location was great. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer better than most rentals. Would definitely rent again if we return.

Cozy place in a great location
The apartment is very small but had enoigh space for our family of 6 (Using the upstairs pull-out couch). The property manager was super nice and responsive in solving some heating issues to our total satisfaction.

Fall weekend in Aspen
Really enjoyed seeing Aspen in the Fall. Magnificent colors and town not crowded. The townhome was perfect for us -- a married couple with two adult sons. Clean, well-furnished, and right in the heart of town.

Downtown Gem
We loved everything about this cozy condo, the abundance of outlets and power strips, windows that open, a lamp by every bedside, lots of dishware and spices, and the friendliness of the hosts. We spent a lot of time on the deck, reading and watching clouds and stars. The bedroom was deliciously cool, dark, and quiet. You could not ask for a better location - three minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Great for our stay
Very efficient unit. Like others mentioned … it’s small and space is tight, but it is laid out to maximize the space. Lots of hooks for ski gear, good storage, kitchen is user friendly if you plan to cook. Only wish there was somewhere to store our skis in the evenings besides the front entryway.
