The phone in my room didn’t work. The male and female who checked me in were not very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience when I asked about a luggage cart. The man in the morning when I checked out was helpful.

So convenient. Loved my room. 1115. Very well appointed. Coffee bar in lobby was great. Bbq restaurant in the lobby was convenient and very good.

Ski lift just in front of the property , few steps away, free parking, ski rental within walking distance, free shuttle available to take you to Aspen for dinner, shopping or to the Airport , each room has a designated locker for boots and skis The negative aspects: - The place is old and is crying for a remodeling - Rooms are tight and have oversized furniture - Absolute lack of ventilation in bathrooms and rooms - Extremely Dated decor - Terrible Housekeeping job - Linens are in bad shape - Only one restaurant on site with limited food selections - At the price paid over $560 per night it was a total disappointment, I understand that this is a Prime location, but I feel like I was sleeping in a Red Roof Inn or a Motel 6

It was nice having the shuttle. The rooms could stand to be updated. Very worn down and old. The front desk staff was not overly friendly. You'd think for $400/night they'd have a little more excitement for guests to be there. The bar tender was a complete jerk. We sat down at the bar and looked over the very small drink menu. I asked the bar tender if they happened to have a different drink menu, one with more options, and he snapped back with "it's right there". Well, that's a no tip! We finished our drinks and went elsewhere for dinner and drinks. The actual hotel looks nothing like the beautiful pictures that are on expedia. NOT impressed!! The entire property could use a major facelift and update.
