"Loved this hotel so much! My stay in Osaka and Tokyo pale in comparison to it. The bed was fluffy and just soft like I like my beds. The room was spacious with a proper area to eat. Shower and toilet were tucked away but both big places for a plus size person like me. Loved the location. Loved all the amenities. Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Kumamoto. It was pricey but worth it. "

"Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect. "

"Very clean and well-maintained, the villa is spacious and faces east so you get a sunrise view from the living area. Make sure you reach before sundown because the road in is winding and treacherous. Best to familiarise yourself on your first drive at peast. "
