Our stay was very nice. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. Parking was simple (enter the garage BEHIND the building). The deck is very spacious and has heaters and a fan. Coffee was provided (note it is grounds, not K-cups).
The best part is the location. We wanted to be close to downtown but also near the south slope breweries. This place was perfect. We walked everywhere, even a Tourists game which was basically across the street. Everything we wanted was close by.
Some minor complaints are that there are three TVs in the house but we only found two remotes, one of which had corroded batteries in it. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but there was ice in the freezer tray. The bathroom door in the master bedroom is a pocket door. The door is quite heavy and difficult to slide as there is not a handle. It is also warped or uneven so it does not latch all the way shut. There was a motion light in one of the master bedroom closets that seemed to always be on. There are blackouts curtains in the condo but it can still get pretty bright in the morning as it faces mostly east. It is located on a busy street (with a hospital located down about a mile) so it can get pretty noisy, especially in the master bedroom. It was never too noisy to impact our sleep but a light sleeper could have a tough time.
Those complaints are very minor and did not negatively impact our stay at all. We would absolutely stay there again.
