Freundlichkeit eigentlich sehr nett, ausser einer Dame am Empfang, was ich etwas schade finde da es meine Bewertung beeinflusst hat. Das Schwimmbad ist recht weit entfernt und hat keine brauchbare Sanitäranlage, jedoch schön im Grünen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, das Bad ist neu renoviert und es hat einen grossen Flachbildschirm. Die Lage ist top!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hat uns der Neffe (oder Sohn?) der Besitzer wohlfühlen lassen. Er begrüsste die Gäste stets mit einem Strahlen im Gesicht und war allgemein sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass man von unserem Zimmer aus sogar seitlich auf den See gesehen hat. Die Terrasse zum See, auf der man sein darf und auch das Frühstück geniessen kann, war grandios. Verabschiedet wurden wir mit den Worten: „Wir warten auf euch mit offenen Armen“. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus.

Old and unrenovated hotel, with slightly unfriendly staff (at the reception). The room was nice with an enchanting view of the lake. The walls were very thin and so we heard everything from the next room. There was no mini bar in the room.

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Zimmer könnten etwas moderner eingerichtet werden. Leider war es im August sehr heiss und der Ventilator hat auch nicht für die notwendige Abkühlung gesorgt.

ok aber nicht gut

die Preis -Leistung ist ok. die Lage fantastisch, leider keine Parkplätze um das Haus. Man muss dies unbedingt deklarieren im Beschrieb. Der Service am Morgentisch ist schlecht, lange earten auf Kaffee, abräumen usw.
