Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung!

Wir habe 5 sehr schöne Tage in Ascona verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts, das Schwimmbad ist ein Highlight! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerding hätten wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Hilfreich wäre eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher, wir haben es nach dem Prinzip "try and error" schlussendlich geschafft...Die Nachttischlampe sollte ersetzt werden, das kein Lampenschirm vorhanden und die nackte Glühbirne nicht sehr charmant ist. Auch die Spiegelleuchte im Bad funktionierte nicht, dies hätte der Reinigungsequipe auffallen müssen und sie hätte das ersetzen sollen. Aber wie gesagt, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sind zufrieden gewesen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut vor allem auch im Sommer wegen der Nähe des Sees. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen auf den Matratzen und mit dieser Bettwäsche. Das Appartement bietet alles nötige was man braucht zu zweit.

Kleines Appartement für 2 Personen

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht, da der Schlüssel nicht im Tresor sondern im Briefkasten lag, zudem niemand den Schlüssel für den Briefkasten hatte. Das Apartment ist funktional mit kleinem Balkon. Die Sessel wurden schon 2016 bemängelt und sollten durch neue ersetzt werden. Auch Esstisch und die 3 Stühle sind nicht mehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was wir als nicht so schön empfunden haben. Der kleine Balkon ist ausreichend. Allerdings hatten die Vorgänger ihren Hundekot auf der Brüstung hinterlassen, den Gestank haben wir nicht wegbekommen. Wir haben Kurtaxe bezahlt, hatten aber keinen Nachweis, um die Vergünstigungen in Anspruch zu nehmen. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Promenade ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung war prima, alles da was man (wir!) braucht! Es war leider sehr heiss, ist im Herbst wohl besser, und wir haben die schweizer Preise für's Essengehen deutlich unterschätzt. Trotzdem gerne wieder, aber nicht mehr im August.

Mit etwas gutem Willen könnte es noch besser sein...

Positiv zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall die tolle Lage in der Nähe des Strandbades, der Seepromenade und des Ortszentrums. Es gibt einen Autostellplatz direkt vor dem Haus und einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung entspricht im Wesentlichen dem Eindruck, den wir von den Fotos her hatten. Der Eindruck vor Ort könnte mit wenig Mühe noch positiver sein: Ein Fernsehreceiver befand sich unangeschlossen in einer Schublade unter dem Fernseher. In einer anderen Ecke lagen diverse Fernsehkabel. Wir haben es lediglich geschafft, YouTube zum Laufen zu bringen. Vielleicht mal etwas gründlicher Staub wischen an diversen Stellen z. B. der Stühle oder unterm Bett! Das ist alles kein Hexenwerk und würde den keineswegs schlechten Gesamteindruck noch deutlich aufwerten.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in der Casa Smeraldo. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und ruhig, nicht weit vom Strand und etwa 15 Min. von der Promenade in Ascona. Auch Locarno ist zu Fuß in 45 Min. bis 1 h zu erreichen. Leider kein wlan und kein TV Empfang über die Antenne. Sonst alles da. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

1 Woche bei super Wetter und Wassertemperatur von 23 Grad

Für 2 Personen ideal. Entfernung zum See 5 Gehminuten und zur Seepromenade 15 Gehminuten. Alles hat unbürokratisch funktioniert. Einrichtung ok und Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles da was man für den Urlaub braucht. Auch bei Regentagen eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung gehabt. Musik hören und lesen. Alles bestens. 😊 Wir werden sicher wieder nach Ascona kommen und diese kleine Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Ein kleine Anmerkung zu der etwas merkwürdigen Bewertung. Ich denke die Sterne wurden nicht richtig angeklickt. Das passiert leicht und man kann sie dann nicht mehr korrigieren . Nun kommt noch eine dickes Dankeschön und ganz liebe Grüße aus Kassel

Für eine Woche zu zweit optimal

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, nur eine Pfanne sollte man sich, so wie fast überall, lieber selbst mitbringen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert, was allen Beteiligten zumindest in der Ferienzeit mit Anreise über Gotthard viel Orga und Zeitdruck erspart. Besonders gut hat und uns die Lage gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
