One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. "Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service! Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too! Piping hot miso soup based hotpot served with dishes made from local ingredients. Only drawback is it is a 10 min walk from Toyooka JR Station."
