Ideal place to enjoy a beautiful beach, the GR34, to do or take sailing lessons, play tennis, golf, go to the casino, and enjoy the many activities of the port and its restaurants. From Port Navalo, embark to the many islands in the surronding area (Ile de Houat, de Houédic, Belle Ile) and Le Golf du Morbihand.(Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Ars)
Quiet apartement, close to all shops. Duplex T3, 6 people,2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Located in The Cap Océan residence, 2nd. floor.Furnished terrace, superb view of the port and the sea.
Parking, bicycle shelters, free wifi.
First level : entrance with cupboards, living room, fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker+Nespresso, micro wave etc...)
Sofas including 1 bed of 140 for daily sleeping, TV, cupboards, Table and chairs. Shower room, WC.

Un gite très confortable dans une region splendide

Très bien accueillis par le service de conciergerie. Lieu conforme aux photos et aux descriptifs. Une super vue sur le port de Crouesty donc deja un dépaysement Ensuite, nous avons fait toutes les ballades de la côte d 'Arzon...Sarzeau, st Gildas de rhuys

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme et proche des commerces. Il est très confortable, fonctionnel, avec des équipements et des rangements au top La vue sur le port est superbe. M. Morel Deville est une personne extrêmement gentille et attentionnée et Martine et Françoise sont très accueillantes. Tout est prévu pour qui vous passiez un très agréable séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Location au top. Très bien située on peut tout faire à pied. Promenade sur l’esplanade le soir. La plage toute proche. Vraiment idéal.

Appartement idéalement placé. Aucune chance de se lasser des couchers de soleil dans le port du Crouesty ! Nous reviendrons assurément car nous avons encore de multiples découvertes à effectuer aux alentours. Merci !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables et reposants dans cet appartement tres propre et tres bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. La vue sur le port est très appréciable ( surtout au coucher du soleil!) et le logement est parfaitement situé pour explorer les environs. Martine nous a tres bien accueillis. Un séjour un peu court malheureusement mais nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Un sejour parfait

Le descriptif de l'appartement est tres conforme, y compris la deco et la qualite de la literie pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 ans. Une vue imprenable et l'acces au port ideal Lumieres magnifiques du coucher de soleil. Les personnes de l'agence qui s'occupent de l'accueil sont à l'ecoute, reactives et tres dynamiques. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter!!!

très bon séjour dans un bel environnement,où l'on peut effectuer différentes activités (maritimes,marche notamment le long des sentiers côtiers,vélo......),sans oublier la réouverture de la piscine de la résidence.Nous sommes venus pour la septième année sur ce site,toujours avec autant de plaisir

Un formidable séjour malgré un temps mitigé

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans votre appartement, malgré la pluie. Il est idéalement placé pour faire toute sorte de balades (chemin côtier, plage, boutiques et restaurants...). Et notre petit garçon a adoré regarder les bateaux du port, depuis le balcon ou la fenêtre de la chambre... et nous aussi ! Merci pour vos cadeaux à notre arrivée, et pour tout le nécessaire à disposition (savon, tablettes lave-vaisselle, lessive...), ce qui est de plus en plus rare dans les locations. Nous reviendrons certainement quand notre fils sera plus grand.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Hafen und nah zum Strand

Eine gut ausgestattete Maisonette-Wohnung direkt im Hafen von Arzon und nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und der eigene Parkplatz praktisch. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (nicht zu große Kinder, da das Etagenbett recht kurz ist) gut geeignete Ferienwohnung. Die kleine Küche ist eher für die Zubereitung weniger aufwendiger Gerichte geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
