"This little place is a hidden gem. The new owner is a very nice person. She is getting the property back into shape but the rooms are great. Clean and quaint. I would stay here any time I’m through. The value is well worth it. "

"This was a very nice, historic property. Some sections were undergoing renovation while we were there but our room seemed like it had been recently renovated. The tavern section of the hotel's restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. Our room was very spacious with a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed from the 3rd to 4th of July and the price was very reasonable (they didn't seem to change the price because of the holiday). "
"Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. "

"Beautiful house and guest house set up over a ridge. Secluded but also close to town. Nicely decorated and appointed. You have to take a dirt road up a steep hill but worth the trip. Difficult to find at night especially if you aren’t familiar with the area. Helped to drop a pin. Would have loved more towels for our large group. The check in process was a bit frustrating. The links wouldn’t open and kept having to ask for them to be emailed. Great stay overall! Would come again. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this adorable place! The host was very attentive and made sure everything met our expectations. The house itself was immaculate and was perfect for our couple's getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful place to stay. The only negatives were that it was a little difficult to find the lane and the road was a bit rough (but it was worth it!). "
"Overall our stay was great! The bed comfortable and the house was pretty clean. I was kind of surprised by the multiple ACs. They worked great and were fine for our stay but it might get kind of warm peak summer time. The house is neat as it’s an older home and we both enjoy character. I will give a heads up that a neighbor does have a confederate flag hanging on their residence which did make us feel uncomfortable and does not fit the vibes of Berkeley Springs so it was a shock to see that. They did not bother us at all but I felt the need to give a heads up during these times. Overall this was perfect for our stay and the property management company was responsive and the women I spoke with when looking for the WiFi code was so nice too! I’d stay at one of their properties again. "

"This was a perfect house for a rustic get together with friends, and just a few minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs. Set on a wooded lot, the house was immaculate with lots of room and things to do. Including a game room, 3 tvs and plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet place to relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub, well equiped kitchen, and large screen TV in the loft. The house was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were especially nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The house had plenty of necessities like paper towels, trash bags, plates, silverware which was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with fun games and puzzles. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We look forward to staying again in the future! "
