Starting with the ease of parking right in front of the house, and continuing with a responsive and friendly host, great backyard and very comfortable home!!! Ross gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. which lead to an amazing brunch at Ravenwood among other adventures. Perfect location in town - easy to walk everywhere! Comfy and cozy - and we can't wait to go back!"

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their way into our omelets. Tom, it turns out it's also a great cook! The establishment has a lot of religious artifacts on display, part of a vast collection assembled by the previous owner, Maria who used the building for a restaurant. Tom and Marie, his wife took over after Maria couldn't run the restaurant and turned it into a B&B. I do recommend this property especially compared to the traditional chain hotels in the area that charge about the same price for a whole lot less ambience."
