"The hotel is pretty, with a cool vibe (typical of Bunk House), with a great staff. It had only been open a week when I arrived, and there were minor technical glitches due to it being newly opened, but the staff addressed each small issue encountered. The room was large and pretty. The common areas and restaurant were also very nice. I went to happy hour the night of arrival and breakfast the morning of departure. The menu was small, but everything was prepared well and delicious. The only...

"Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast ends at 9:00 so didn’t get to enjoy that and there’s a $20 a night parking fee that was not noted when I made the reservation, but other than that good stay. "

Heights House Hotel - Houston Heights Downtown, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I absolutely loved this place. I live in Houston and just wanted a night away for New Year’s Eve. Quiet and comfortable. The decor was perfect. The lighting was perfect. Just an amazing relaxing stay. "
"I booked this hotel for my nephew and his wife to come for a Christmas visit. They loved the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel is being renovated so their room was completely renovated and nice. Free parking was a big help and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. "
"We loved our stay at the Whitehall. Everyone was very warm and welcoming especially Shirley at check-in and Josh and John at check-out. The room was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant and enjoyed both meals. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Houston. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston – Downtown North by IHG

"We have family in Woodland Heights and this is our closest hotel lodging to their house. We feel very fortunate that it is also super clean with great staff and a delicious breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. We have stayed there 3 times in the past year and they still have the same staff, which says a lot."
"We enjoyed our stay at Sara’s Inn on the Boulevard. The property was quiet and very clean, which made it easy to relax. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re well laid out and comfortable. The shower was excellent—good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking was also a big plus: easy, convenient, and stress-free. Overall, a solid, no-nonsense place to stay, and we’d happily return."
