"I became and still fighting homelessness following being removed from property after police showed up and took my friend. I was not aware of any details that which the police informed me following detaining me. I have never been in cuffs and never been in a back of a police car. I was raised in a higly decorative police and military household. The management kicked me out thus leading to a disgusted and disrespectful attitude as i left. I was not even given my deposit money back which was more than $50 for which i could have used and saved to pay for food. I have only eaten what was shared. I now have dogs that i welcomed and followed me after following their owner (another homeless man deceased.) That 50 plus dollars would given them food and necessaries to live. I would rate the facilities poor, management poor, and i would suggest to never lift the sheets off the matress. The room i was staying in was 122 and there was 4 feet wide and 3.5 feet long of dried blood puddle on the matress finding such after lifting sheets. "

"I want to preface my review with saying I’m from Florida and we’re used to seeing the occasional bug. It’s not a big deal. With that being said, room 141 dead and alive baby roaches kept appearing during our stay. At first, I saw a dead roach and thought “housekeeping must’ve missed this during cleaning.” The next day they cleaned it up and by that evening I returned to another dead one in a new area. I asked my husband did he suspect a roach problem. He stated no so we carried on with our stay. The 3rd day baby roaches were crawling on our dresser before the TV and on the bathroom floor towel! They really need to get this under control because the properly looks fairly new and nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars to stay in a roach infested hotel. I gave it a 3 due to that. The front hotel staff and housekeepers are friendly. The Hispanic breakfast man was extremely rude to me my first day but the kind lately at the front desk apologized for his behavior. She was pleasant each day she the general manager was extremely kind! They do a fantastic job with customer service. If I could make another recommendation, it would be try to switch up the breakfast menu. We stayed there 5 nights and only on Saturday was the menu different & that’s a stretch( the only difference was they served bacon that day instead of sausage). Would I stay here again, no. Would I recommend it to you for a 2 day trip, sure."

"I had a wonderful stay @ Sessions retreat. The staff Venetia was great. She was very polite and helpful. The room was beautiful but the only change I would make would be to have central air and heat. There was a wall heater and standalone fan for use which worked for the spring season but central heat would be better. I also loved the keyless entry and text support from he staff. I would definitely recommend this retreat and have done so already."

"The hotel apparently has a policy of making a copy of your credit card you use to pay for the room and incidental's. They make a full copy of your credit card number with cvc and expiration and a copy of your id for their files. Very unsafe for individuals staying there . Easy for them to steal your credit card information or identify theft. Easy for them or any of their staff to steal or sell your information. I didn’t like that. That policy is not stated no where for customers to know before arriving. Also the hotel stinks as soon as you walk in has a distinct old smell. The room was hot and smelled like old , dust , musty carpet smell. "
