This apartment can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and a safe, bathroom with Italian shower, wc, separate modern kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (Italian, Nespresso and filter), iron, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

55" TV in the living room, satellite TV in several languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and many more), internet access (wifi), bookshelf with books in several languages and board games.

It has everything you need for a great holiday in a central location close to the beach.

On Sundays there is a street market which is located right in front of the residential, you will also find nearby various types of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATMs and just 5 min walk along the promenade to get to the beach of Los Cristianos without having to look for parking.
