"Where do I start, It took over a hour to gain access to unit. Once in the unit there were not any towels to shower with, no sheets or blankets for futon, floors were dirty and dead flies on window sill and floor, mold growing down the wall and in air conditioning unit. and the communication was horrible. The host said they could not get any one over to unit to address issues for a few hours and no other available units to move us to in area. This is the short version. After trying to deal with host for 3 hours, I cancelled my reservation and left, I notifiied host I would be filing a dispute"

"We enjoyed our stay in Arkansas. I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great!"
