Hotel was being renovated so some areas had evidence of work in progress (elevators needed sweeping, etc) and our newly renovated room had no curtains (but did have a light blocking shade) no carpet, no pictures on the wall, very sterile looking. And oddly there were a few ants on our night tables. I suspect some of these issues are temporary. FYI Outside in the back of the hotel there was an attractive pool area."

"The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if it had a good variety of options. Location is great!! There are lots of restaurants and stores to visit within walking distance. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. It was an excellent choice to stay in Hot Springs. "

"The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was hot. They upgraded us to a city view room and the staff is extremely friendly! The pool is heated but not really, so, it was cold. They also only have valet parking which is another $30. The location is also good for downtown. "
