"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Arimaonsen Musubi-no-koyado En, from the second we stepped in they were incredibly hospitable and provided everything we needed. "Great onsen - just the hot springs are worth staying there. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and may need some touch up work, but it looks very traditional and very clean. They won't let you into the hotel without taking your shoes and providing sleepers (which are too small for one of us). Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite."
