"The location of the hotel is very convenient with restaurants and shops just under the hotel. The train stations is also near by. The floors could have been cleaner but the staff is very helpful."

"It was quite clean but there were a lot of drain flies throughout my 6 day stay in room 2021. I killed 7, my wife killed 3. Not a huge issue but bothersome. Very good location, very quiet. Kid friendly."

"The location of this property is great, just a few minutes from multiple train lines. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in every direction that you go. My only dislikes were that the property was a little outdated and there are only 2 washer/dryers in the entire building and it’s impossible to find a time they aren’t in use. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here (2 nights). Easy access to the park and to city walk. We had a lovely view over the bay. We are from the UK. Much of the breakfast options catered to Japanese customers. We ate fried egg, bacon/ ham, variety of croissants, yoghurt, orange slices, french toast. There was also a small pancake machine that makes approx. 6cm diameter pancakes. There was a queue to be seated for breakfast (5-10 wait). "

"The Gran Respire is absolutely incredible! I mean it really was exceptional! So clean, very spacious, modern and futuristic touches throughout. From the check in desks to the touch screen pad in the rooms to change lighting, heating and room service calls etc. The staff were gracious and helpful all times and even brought us an iron to our room on request, complete with ironing board. The hotel is connected to a large upmarket shopping complex with high end stores and restaurants. We absolutely did not want to leave! Thanks again and we will be back! "
