We had a great time..staff were very helpful and were quick to respond to our needs. The place offered other fun stuff to do and had 3 pools (although 1 was being treated during our stay); we utilized one of the pools as alternative to the beach when it got too hot. Breakfast choices were great, coffee could be better. My son loved the orange juice.
Our stay was amazing! My husband and I really appreciate the service and buffet food was exceptional as well! Very close to the beach front and walkable to all the stores and restaurants.
The breakfast was really good full of options. Very delicious food . The AC was cool like it supposed to be. I would definitely say here in the future.
The rooms and amenities are the stars in this Hotel. There was a super typhoon when we visited Boracay, but they have pools, water slides and outdoor jacuzzi that we were able to use to make the time worthwhile! The rooms are just perfect. Large, clean, and beds were comfortable to sleep in, TV was with cable, not a smart one but that's ok! The food is okay, worth the price. Room service is very slow, we had to follow up multiple times. But all in all, we had a great experience and looking forward to be back!
Our stay in the Summer House room was superb. We felt as though we were in a secluded cottage in the rainforest. The property included a gorgeous pool and plenty of trees. It took time to figure out the pathways as the grounds are large. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was immaculate.
Very large resort to earn five stars got to make some improvements. While we enjoyed our stay the rooms need a bit updating and instead of only having buffets have some regular restaurants also. The pools were great, the staff was very friendly, the food choices were minimal. The buffet could use lots of work. Check in and check out was easy.
The property is experiencing some renovations so it did not appear as in the online photos. Room keycards would not stay programmed and we had to visit the front desk several times to have them re-keyed. All-in-all, though, a positive stay.

Mostly good except food service. Breakfast is terrible. Food is below average, coffee undrinkable, wait staff not helpful unless prompted. If they could improve that then it would make huge difference overall
Breakfast by the beach was fantastic. It is a bit cramped inside lining up for food, I believe there is a better way to control traffic inside. Although it is a grand pool view, there are a lot of trees in the way of the view. Staff was very helpful and courteous and well trained. The only thing is the wifi issue, boy it was unstable and bad. Even roaming in the hotel was not fun. Overall it was a good experience.
The resort was awesome however they want to charge you 1500 pesos if you bring a guest with you after 10pm. The guards will follow you around and it made it impossible to get a girl into my room which we all know is why single foreigners are in the Philippines to begin with... so if your single stay somewhere else.

We booked 3 nights stay for 2 adults and 2 children ages 16 and 13. Upon arrival we were told to pay and additional 8,400 php for the children because they were considered as adults. We contacted Expedia and Expedia said the hotel should never charged us extra because it was not in the contract that children over 12 yr old are considerate as adult. Expedia tried to contact to hotel be could not get through. On top of that, the children were also charged for breakfast even though the hotel contract said that breakfast was free. Please be cautious with hidden fees when booking with this hotel. We were very disappointed and will not be back.
Paradise Garden is the worst hotel we’ve stayed at among many hotels during our travels. From check-in, the staff struggled to communicate clearly with us—especially regarding ID requirements. They didn’t explain properly that locals only need to show local identification, while foreigners need a passport. This confusion made the process difficult and stressful.
After we were finally assigned our rooms, one of the room keys didn’t work. We informed them, but while we waited outside in the humid and hot hallway, one group ended up joining the other room to rest. Even after an hour and a half, the key still wasn’t fixed. They then gave us another room. Later that night, the original room we were assigned finally worked, and they asked us again if we could switch rooms.
We also had electrical issues in the room. At night and during the stay, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed.
Check-out was another problem. We were not informed during check-in that we would need an exit slip to show the guard. If you’re planning to catch a flight, be sure to check out early to avoid delays.
Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay. The hotel is run-down, overpriced, and the front desk staff need significantly more training.
Pictures are deceiving, don’t get fooled by it.
As the hotel is old, renovations are every where . Construtikn starg at 6-6.30 am not ideal for relax time . You are asking a nlanquet : they want to charge . You get water in the fridge : they charge you . Breakfast is poor quality . Worst internet wifi ever Cannot connect for my remote job for 3 days
Very bad Customer services : they dont care at all except via what s app but they are not lically located but at Manilla

The Paradise Gardens is an old hotel and it needs a lot of upgrading. The room was spacious and the air con worked. The gardens were good but the pool and the area around it needed work. One of the pools was half empty and unused.
A new hotel is being built next to the Paradise Gardens and the noise of the concrete mixers and the hammering and banging was very intrusive, in fact, you couldn't hear the person next to you at times.
