"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms seemed to have been recently upgraded. The room was very clean and adequate. None of the bed side reading lights worked. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Adjacent to the hotel is a large tea factory which operates 24/7 and was quite noisy. Opposite the hotel is a large gravel / aggregate business which is not a very attractive outlook. The self service breakfast was very basic - no fruit juice or fresh fruit or freshly brewed coffee. The hotel seems to be used by coach tour groups."

"The hotel is very lovely, location is 10/10! Totally exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean, the staff was very polite and courteous. The only thing they have to work on is the breakfast menu, was a little poor. But will come back here for sure!"

"Beware of this property. They charged my debit card twice at the rate of $94. I contacted them and they said they will notify their bank to refund my money. They admitted in writing they charged me twice. It is now 8 weeks later and after much correspondence back and forth, they keep saying they will contact their bank again, which is obviously a lie. Expedia has been no help. At this point, it's obvious they have no intention of refunding my $94. Dishonest people running the hotel and poor service. Stay away."

"We booked this room during a terrible storm at 8pm. My friend had called previously to confirm the room was available before booking on Expedia. Unfortunately, the owner canceled and said the room was destroyed by a previous client and he could not book it. To understand what was going on, we called and got a different response. The room was rented out on another site."
