The structure is also particularly suitable for trekking lovers, with trails that start near the house and lead to lakes and shelters in the Ligurian hinterland and also for mountain bikers, with routes dedicated to this sport. During the summer, the residential complex offers a solarium area with an exclusive pool. The beaches are about 1 km away, easily accessible by car, offering an additional opportunity for relaxation and recreation in a natural and quiet environment. The house is suitable for both families with children and couples of friends.

The 50 sqm structure is located on the ground floor of a residential building and can be reached on foot following a short walking path including convenient external stairs.
You will enter a private garden in front of the house where you can have lunch outside surrounded by green vegetation. Inside the house you will find the living room with double sofa bed and TV, dining area and equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom with access to another terrace.
It is ideal for hosting up to 4 people.
Additional services include air conditioning and towels and bed linen.
Free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal regulations. More information will be provided on site.
