Villa next to the safe river, in the orchard of Murcia, surrounded by lemon trees, 15 minutes from the center by bike, and 30 minutes from the beach by car, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garage, 2 living rooms, terrace, pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, barbecue and large garden with fruit trees and palm trees.
It has the appropriate license of the Autonomous Community, meeting the requirements of security and services required.
Five minutes from the house is the town center with all services. (Supermarket, health center, pharmacy ...)
The house is fully equipped for your enjoyment.
