"Although the "king size double" was in fact "bijou", the room was fresh and adequately appointed. AND was warm when we arrived A big PLUS! The "ensuite" needed a few contortionist moves to negotiate, but call it characture! Evening meal bit slow in coming but certainly okay A good selection Not the usual variations on a burger only that seems to be SO common these day, Breakfast very good value. All in all pleasant stay Would go again."

"The room was dated although relatively clean. The staff during day were good but night service very poor. Locked out, guest let us in at 11pm. no resident service after 11pm, night staff could not access fridge. Akin to faulty towers. Price cheap but reflective in service"

" Host was responsive, which we appreciated, but there were a few issues. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard on arrival, and an additional room we requested wasn’t made up. The caravan felt quite personal, with family belongings left throughout and food in cupboards/freezer. Some rooms were being used for storage, which made the space feel less like dedicated guest accommodation. Overall, improvements in cleanliness and preparation would make a big difference."
