I did not like the room because there was no air conditioning and there were no fans available from the reception desk and the breakfast had some scramble eggs that were not tasting good no eggs to order so first time here and last time here.

Being able to walk from your room to the spa pools is awesome. Dinner and breakfast are really good. Beds are comfy, just be aware that it’s two singles pushed together rather than a double bed, so if you are in the mood for a cuddle you have to mind the gap. That said, it is so quiet and peaceful that after your soak in the thermal pools you’ll be asleep the moment your head hits the pillow.... take advantage of getting to the pools first thing in the morning too, it’s the best time!

I'd like a family room which was allocated to my family. Staff members been very pleasant. Hotel/ resort information booklet could be in English as well, which will allow guest to spend time bit more active. I will recommend the place to my family and friends as perfect place short or long stay. We definitively will go back. Thank you.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
Headed out to Elfia from the US Midwest and honestly just hoped for a roof, bed and a bit of luck. Took us 2 trains and a bus to get to Arcen area. Turns out - there is a thermal bath/pool, a full spa, great food, and AMAZING STAFF (a lady and gentleman who worked in the snack shop spent 30 minutes just chatting with us after their shift - incredibly kind!!!!). Never made it to the fest because it was POURING rain and we're well...a bit older and don't do storms well...but no bother because the hotel was so fun. Only downside - no uber/EU taxi - you have to ask to get a cab. My travel buddy had a bum foot so the walk to the bus was about all she could do so we legit were stuck. THANK GOODNESS THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL.

Voor ons een van de belangrijkste redenen om dit hotel te boeken was omdat er een sauna bij zat. Dit was ook zeker het geval echter de saunafaciliteiten zijn wel erg verouderd. Dat viel tegen. De kamers daarentegen waren geweldig goed. Ontbijt prima.

Ontbijt is erg goed, niets op aan te merken. Diner bij restaurant de Bron is kwalitatief redelijk tot voldoende, maar zeer beperkte keuze. Zowel eten als drinken erg overdreven hoog geprijsd. Eten in de Kloosterhoeve is ronduit slecht tegen prijzen waarvan je goed eten verwacht. Kamers zijn matig schoon gemaakt, maar bedden zijn top en de aankleding ook. Investeren in nieuw kussens zou geen kwaad kunnen. De gangen doen denken aan een ziekenhuis. Het thermaalbad kan wel een goede renovatie gebruiken.

Muffe onfrisse hotelkamer. Het beddengoed en met name de hoofdkussens stinken. Plakkerige plekken op de tafeltjes en nachtkastjes. Vlekken op de vloer. Kortom, een onacceptabele situatie. De kamer (familiekamer) van 200 euro per nacht hebben we schoner achtergelaten dan dat we aantroffen. Absurd.

Hôtel et restaurant : très bien et personnel très sympa. Thermes : Semblent être des thermes plutôt thérapeutiques. Espace saunas très restreint, tous les saunas se ressemblent, aucune cérémonie "Aufguss". Massages : très "technique", presque médical.

Das Familienzimmer war gross, sauber und modern. Das Frühstück war lecker. Leider war das Thermalbad eher ein Schwimmbad als ein Thermalbad. Der Saunabereich war ok. Dezent in die Jahre gekommen. Zugegeben: vom Thermalbad und der Sauna waren wir enttäuscht. Da hatten wir mehr erwartet. Wir haben uns eine Massage „gegönnt“ auch hier fanden wir preis Leistung leider eher ok: Fazit: alles in allem war es ok. Wir waren zu einer „Mädels Wellness“Auszeit da, und für diesen Zweck würden wir es nicht empfehlen

Nette ontvangst,kamer keurig een schoon,matrassen mogen best wel harder,je zakt er in weg.Ontbijt was redelijk,bij binnenkomst geen eieren/roerei,bij 2e ronde geen enkel broodjes meer aanwezig(lang moeten wachten),tevens geen yoghurt (2soorten)meer aanwezig.Bij bestek bak geen messen aanwezig.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, waren für eine Nacht am Gäste dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Thermalbad war sehr sauber und schön temperiert. Das Restaurant war schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr kinderfreundlich und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gros ( 2 Schlafzimmer). Wir würden das. Hotel empfehlen.

De combinatie hotel met spa is geweldig, vanaf de kamer in badkleding en badjas naar de baden en sauna's is echt ideaal, niet steeds omkleden.

Bed was doorgelegen, Expedia kamer info klopt niet met de kamer zelf, kostte uitgebreid belwerk im het te checken en toen was de info nog steeds fout. Mis een koelkast. Verder geweldig verblijf en kamer
