30+ day rentals only! This 2007 custom-built home sits on two fully fenced acres with a private gated entrance and breathtaking views across Humboldt Bay to the coastal mountain range. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish retreat designed for comfort and tranquility. Inside, the home features interior balconies overlooking a cozy living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided). The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas stove and modern appliances to meet all your culinary needs. The third bedroom doubles as a TV room and includes a high-quality memory foam sleeper sofa. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, and there is an additional half bath conveniently located off the living and kitchen areas. Enjoy stunning bay views from every room and level of the home, creating a truly unforgettable setting for your stay.

Great house, great views

The house was just as advertised in the listing and the pictures were accurate. The approach to the property was a little disconcerting - the neighborhood looks a bit run down. The property has a security gate which was assuring but also just a little concerning. Inside, the house is beautiful and so are the views out onto the bay. The tub on the downstairs bathroom was “creaky”, and a little weird. I wish there were some spare blankets in the bedroom (was too warm for the thick comforter). I wish the host communicated more and sooner. We didn’t get any info till a few hours before check-in. Some prior info on what to expect, and some info about the local area, attractions, restaurants etc would have been much appreciated.
