Everyone was extremely friendly and always there to help. It is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood- I traveled alone and felt safe the whole time. Loved the rooftop pool and the availability of drinks.
The only thing I would complain about is that the iron didn’t work and the AC fan is loud but nothing that would stop me from coming back !!!

Casa Decu was EXCEPTIONAL!! We loved our stay! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful! You can see the pride they've taken into their hotel on every detail. The room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower was great too! We've notice that in Mexico many places have issues with the shower water pressure and mold, not Casa Decu! They have a terrace that serves delicious breakfast and it's very cosy!
2 things to know in case they're important to you: no elevator, no A/C but they have a fan in the room and the staff will help you with your luggage up the stairs.

This place was what we needed it to be - a great location, clean, a nice amount of space, comfortable bed (although on the firmer side) and the staff were very friendly. It is on a busy road, so can seem noisy (we were so tired at the end of every day, it didn’t really bother us). It was very clean but not super well maintained (rings on the coffee table, small holes on the wall and small missing pieces of baseboard), and the water pressure wasn’t outstanding. None of those things were deal breakers for us, but could be for others!
