Luxe Log Home w/ Hot Tub & Steam Shower on Private Lake
10/10 Excellent
"Although this area was deeply affected by the 2020 Troublesome Fire, it remains a truly magical place. The landscape continues to recover and regenerate, and it's inspiring to see nature rebuilding each day. What we enjoyed most was waking up every morning to breathtaking views and having the freedom to paddle board or fish whenever we wanted. We had the pleasure of seeing Moose (cow & calf) return to the area daily. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for family meals, game nights, puzzles, movie watching, and simply spending quality time together. Grand Lake is less than 10 minutes away, offering great shopping, dining, and plenty of family-friendly activities. One week wasn't long enough!"
"Clean room! Close to Grand Lake Village! Rustic feel! We enjoyed ourselves! Queen size bed was very comfortable! The room had fans to plug in (for summer)! Bring an extension cord to plug in - so fans can move (be placed) where needed! Nice place and get away!"
Beautiful Cozy Cabin with 180 Degree Breathtaking Lake and Mountain Views!
10/10 Excellent
"Had a wonderful stay. The cabin was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The view of the mountains and columbine lake were beautiful. The hummingbirds were so fun to watch as well as many other birds. We had a deer visit the front yard! The location was perfect, so close to RMNP entrance and Grand Lake! Thanks for sharing your home!! We hope to come back soon!!"
"The check in process was straightforward and easy. They send you a code to access your room and you never see anyone which was fine and no problem at all for me."
"Shower was very narrow, staff was friendly. Bed was memory foam. We got a 15% discount at the taco stand (but they didnt know about the discount until they asked the lodge manager). I was also sent a message from the property before our arrival that gave us our room code but it ended up not working. Great access to lake and surrounding shops. Across the street from a grocery store and laundromat."
Storybook Cabin - Private Stream, Incredible Canyon View, Starlink Internet
10/10 Excellent
"Communication was difficult ONLY because of the website, not the actual owner. It would be helpful if this could be streamlined. We recommend this location! The view off the front porch/deck was astounding and under described. Aaron was wonderful and very helpful. There was a blow up mattress, and a trundle bed, as well as a fold up couch, beyond the regularly beds that slept six. We could easily sleep ten. It was great. Our only correction in the description would be that the little creek may be dry, and the river is actually on the other side of the road/highway. Still accessible, however. We also liked that the destination was on top of a hill and at the bottom was a small cluster of retired rental cabins, where the information station was still open. The people who run the little station were helpful - maps, directions, ideas... Bonus!"
