"The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a location in Orchard for such a low price. . It is a great place to stay if you are spending much time in the room as the room is small and has no chair to sit on. "

She was thrilled! They went above and beyond. In addition it was at a great location, a great pool, and quickly let us have a late check out when our travel plans changed. "

"The property was beautiful, with a very dramatic lobby. The staff was courteous, and quite helpful with any questions that I may have. My Marina Bay view room was incredible, well worth the extra cost. I loved the easy access to the mall, underneath the hotel. One reason that I booked this hotel, was that it reminded me of the grand feel, of the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, which I have always loved."
