"We had a great week staying in the apartment. Philippe was very friendly and got back to our questions immediately! The terrace is perfect for breakfast and dinner, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and the location was calm but still close to the city and beach! :) thanks again for the great holiday!"

"Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot....

"This was our first time in Bordeaux and the location of the property was perfect for exploring the city on foot, by boat or by tram. Vanessa was a wonderful host, giving tips on places to visit and restaurants that we wouldn’t have found without her advice. Please note that there is an additional cleaning fee, which we hadn’t noticed when making the reservation. "

"Séjour d’une semaine sans voiture. Logement agréable, propre, bien équipé, bien entretenu, proche transport, commerces de proximité. Propriétaire disponibles et très agréables. Pour qui ne connais pas Biarritz, ça monte et ça descend, il y a plusieurs plages, de beaux points de vues, un réseau de bus et de navettes gratuites, on peut aller partout. A voir donc !!!"

"A beautiful flat, in a great location. You're steps away from the beach, and right above the best Tapas restaurant in town - very centrally located. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great. we had a great stay!"

"A spacious and very well equipped apartment in the historic district of Bordeaux. Communication with regard to gaining entry was excellent, as it was on all other aspects of the property. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"Amazing apartment! The best we had since we started this trip across France (and we had quite a few)! It’s big, has air conditioning in all rooms, a beautiful terrace (which will probably be furnished soon). The kitchen is well equipped, the appliances are great. Really, if you can put your hand on this when you visit Bordeaux, you’ll be pleased! Note : the entry is a little sketchy but it’s really the only not great thing about that place - and I believe it is being fixed."
