This apartment is lovely! Really nicely set up, great decor and lots of thoughtful conveniences. Comfortable beds, great shower, and the host was great at communicating. The location is great, close to the centre of town and public transport. One small issue is that to enter the building you have to go through a rubbish area and down a long hallway. There are a few flights of stairs. Please don't be put off by this - the apartment is GREAT and well worth it if you are able to use stairs.

EN: Great area with easy access to centre of city (lots of options for eating out, drinks etc in the vicinity), clean rooms, functional with a decently sized living space, and great storage in the bedroom. Easy to check in and out (with secure locker for keys). Calm at night, comfy bed sofa bed. Great decor.Overall great property, with a few caveats: Very small kitchen and bathroom, lacking suitable hooks for clothing / towels etc. (including near front door). Also, not enough cutlery or cups / mugs to make any sensible use of the dishwasher provided. No washing bowl in kitchen (it would have been helpful, to prevent wasting water and soap when washing by hand). Coffee machine provided, very useful. The kettle's filter should be replaced as so much limescale it was difficult to pour water without spilling it, dangerous! A few easy fixes I would say.Access to the bathroom through the main bedroom.Another inconvenience was the large communal bins stored in the corridor on the ground floor, so the smell when accessing the property was quite bad (enclosed secure entrance hall).Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this charming flat and were able to relax and rest when using the apartment.A few tweaks and I would have given it 5 stars!FR - en résumé, super quartier, apartement confortable mais quelques détails à régler (patères / crochets dans l'entrée et la salle de bains, remplacer le filtre de la bouilloire, une bassine dans la cuisine et voilà!)

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione per girare in centro. Silenziosissimo e ben fornito di tutto. Unica pecca la mancanza del climatizzatore.. con i 38 gradi esterni avrebbe fatto comodo. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta senza problemi (non dà sulla strada e pertanto non ci sono rumori)

Apparemment idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville et des transports. Propreté et aménagement impeccables. Il manque peut-etre juste un petit rideau à la chambre pour les insomniaques qui dorment dans le salon . Hôte très gentille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Apartamento muy bonito y bien equipado. Decorado al detalle y con gusto. Lo malo que tiene es el portal, los cubos de basura están en el pasillo de la entrada y el olor es asqueroso. Aún así recomendaría el apartamento.
