"A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen.

"This was a great stay! We were a family of 8 and it was enough space for all of us. It was clean, the hosts communicate with you very well, walking distance to the Niagara Falls park, and goat island which is a must if you want to see the beauty of Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay here, would def come again :)"

"The property location was fantastic, directly across the street from the falls. The room was clean and very comfortable and the rate was great.
If I'm in the area again I will definitely stay here again.
My only negative was the less than enthusiastic front desk clerk. I felt like I was a bother to his time. He answered all of my questions, but seemed to wish I hadn't needed to ask them."

"Parking was in front on the entrance, so it was easy to unload and load belongings.Very close to Niagara Falls Park, so we did not need to pay extra for parking at the Falls.Very clean and quiet neighborhood."
"I was there for 2 nights with family members. The location of this is very close to Niagara Falls, NY attractions. The host was very responsive to our requests. Great stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

Cons: not very clean in every area by any means. Hairs in beds all over the house and in every clean provided towel it was a bit overwhelming. The towels were very worn through and each one stained. The home stays at a high humidity level as well. No trash bag's left for the trash that was a first for us. I asked the host where they were never received a direct answer took the trash home with us. "
