Hotel Roc Meler

10/10 Excellent

"Comfortable Stay with Beautiful Views and Great Amenities We had a nice stay at Roc Meler Hotel in Andorra. The rooms were comfortable, with great views overlooking the town. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel also offers a dinner buffet, which we didn’t try, and there is an Irish pub onsite serving burgers and staying open until late, which is a convenient option after a day of exploring. They also have a spa and massage services that we would love to try on our next visit. Private parking costs €18, but it’s a plus that the hotel has two EV charging stations, which was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy, and we definitely plan to return for a longer stay to make the most of everything the hotel has to offer!"

Hôtel Pyrène

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was very good and I enjoyed my stay. The only drawback is that it's about 2km from the town centre and at least part of the walk is along a very busy main road, so a car is desirable."

"Chambre propre, Personnel serviable Petit déjeuner de base correct"

Hotel Piolets Soldeu Centre by Nexta

10/10 Excellent

"Our first impressions were mixed as this was our first time at a ski resort in the summer and there was some building work outside of the hotel we didn’t know about that concerned me and a lot of the guests were more senior so we were skeptical . We quickly changed our minds. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we all had plenty of room and the bathrooms were very generous. The sliding doors blocked the outside noise! Not sure where I’d hang all the wet ski stuff but not a problem this time. The food was great, good selection, especially good breakfast buffet. Staff lovely and helpful. Spa and gym very well equipped . Shame it wasn’t open for longer hours. Hotel arranged a massage for one of us, they were especially lovely to my son who happens to be Autistic, I was very impressed by their kindness in this regard. The entertainment was really good also and not just for families with little kids, everyone got involved. We liked the whole multigenerational vibe here . Soldeu has some excellent restaurants and loads to do at a very reasonable price. We will definitely back to ski ! Thank you x"

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Appy?

The best time to visit Appy is during late spring, from May to June, or early autumn, from September to October, to enjoy pleasant weather and fewer crowds.May and June offer warm, sunny days with average temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C, making it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling in the surrounding Pyrenees mountains. The harvest season also brings local produce and festivals to the area, offering a taste of local culture. While Appy is accessible year-round, July and August are the busiest months, with higher temperatures and more visitors.
