"C'est un endroit vraiment agréable, magnifique vue tout autour de la propriété, un énorme jardin clôturé idéal pour nos 2 chiens. Les propriétaires ont été au petit soin, nous avons vraiment apprécié les repas entièrement fait maison et de grande qualité. La chambre très spacieuse dispose d'une literie haut de gamme . "En arrivant, hotel fermé, il faut aller chercher sa clef a 1 km. Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale beaucoup plus grande ... qui existe bien sur les plans dr l hotel et sur l annonce en ligne. Je ne qualilifierai...

"Accueil fermé lors de notre arrivée à 17 h, nous avons dû téléphoner au propriétaire qui est arrivé 10 minutes après. Il serait nécessaire de signaler le besoin de contact par téléphone dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, pour plus de commodité. Par ailleurs, la chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée, c'est inadmissible pour un hôtel de neuf chambres. Merci de signaler ces points à l'hôtelier, j'ai préféré ne pas le faire en direct pour rester correct."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
